Here are the requirements to enroll your child in our program:

1. Your family must live in Hillsborough, Pasco, or Polk County.

2. Your child must be between the ages of five and 12-years-old to enroll for boys and five and 14-years-old for girls.

3.  If you are applying for a boy, he must not have a consistent adult male in his life (no adult male in the home or contact with an adult male more than once a month).

4. If your child is in any special placement in school, please note that at this time we cannot accept applications for children in EBD placement.

5. For the Site-based program, school personnel refer children to our agency.
